Return Policy

FlyBHP.com follows a seamless return and cancellation policy to protect the interest of its buyers. Kindly read the return policy as stated below:

In case you receive a defective or damaged product(s) and/or different product(s) which does not comply with the specifications mentioned in the product page, you are needed to get in touch with FlyBHP.com's customer support by writing to [email protected]

Following are the steps involved in processing Returns:

  1. Writing to the customer care on the given email: [email protected]. Please do not forget to mention the Order Number, and your complete information along with your User ID and other details filled at the time of placing the order.
  2. Once a Return Request is received, FlyBHP.com takes maximum of 48 working hours to verify the nature of the request and process further.
  3. However, in the event of a request that is not authentic and does not comply with FlyBHP.com's return policy, FlyBHP.com is entitled to take measures and/or actions including rejecting the return request, initiating legal course against the complainant, and blacklisting the customer/user on its platform for future transactions.
  4. When the product is delivered to you, kindly ensure that the product packaging is intact and there is no damage, whatsoever, caused to the packaging during the course of the shipping. In case of any such issues, request you not to accept the delivery and inform FlyBHP.com's customer care at the earliest. The return process of the product may vary from the varying nature of it.
  5. To initiate the return of any product purchased through www.FlyBHP.com, you are required to adhere to the following guidelines:
    1. In cases of products damaged in transit, please communicate with FlyBHP.com customer service and notify regarding the receipt of damaged within 48 hours of delivery of the product to you. FlyBHP shall not be held responsible for not entertaining any Product Damaged Complaints beyond the 48 hours mark.
    2. The product delivered to you must not be used at all.
    3. FlyBHP will arrange a pickup of the product(s) through FlyBHP.com’s logistic partner(s). In case the pickup cannot be arranged as per expectations, you will be required ship the product back to FlyBHP.com; n such cases, you will be required to ship the item within 24 hours of initiation of the return and the shipment charges on actuals are reimbursed on top of the order refund amount.
    4. While returning the package to FlyBHP.com, it is advised that you maintain a strong and adequate packaging so that the product(s) doesn’t get any further damaged in the course of shipping.
    5. On the event of acceptance of such product(s) by FlyBHP.com, the condition of the product(s) received will be duly checked by FlyBHP.
    6. On satisfactory assessment of the returned product(s), the amount paid for the damaged or defective good will be refunded to the customer by FlyBHP.com in full via online transfer to the same channel the initial transaction was done by the customer. Incase of COD orders, customer will be refunded through wallet transfer or a refund cheque, whichever is identified to be the best medium as decided by FlyBHP.com. Under no circumstances a refund is done in cash at FlyBHP.com.
    7. Orders paid online on www.FlyBHP.com will be initiated for a refund through online transaction within 2 working days post the satisfactory assessment of the returned product, however crediting of the amount to the customer's account is as per RBI timelines..
    8. Incase the customer has redeemed a coupon to purchase a product at www.FlyBHP.com, the equal value might not be refunded by FlyBHP. In such cases, FlyBHP will replace the product or will allow the customer to purchase another product with the same value as per the customer's choice.
 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation By FlyBHP.com:
  2. For Prepaid Orders - In an event where FlyBHP.com cannot fulfill a placed order, FlyBHP.com reserves the right to cancel the placed order. However, FlyBHP.com will make a complete refund of the customer's amount paid in such cases crediting back to the same channel through which the transaction was initially done. Some of the situations under which FlyBHP.com will cancel an order are; non-availability of product(s), damaged goods in the inventory, delay expected in delivery, issues with the payment methods or history of a particular user. FlyBHP ensures to cancel and initiate the refund at a maximum of 48 working hours of the order being placed; however the credit of the refunded amount to the customer's account is as per the RBI timelines following the refund initiation.

    For COD Orders - In an event where FlyBHP.com cannot fulfill a placed order, FlyBHP.com reserves the right to cancel the placed order. Some of the situations under which FlyBHP.com will cancel an order are; non-availability of product(s), damaged goods in the inventory, delay expected in delivery, issues with the payment methods or history of a particular user. In case there are partial payments made towards the COD order, FlyBHP would initiate refund of the amount paid by the customer, crediting back to the same channel through which the transaction was initially done; in the event there were no payments done by the customer at the time of placing the order or later than that, no refunds would be initiated. Additionally, certain products do not qualify for a full Cash On Delivery, and hence a Partial Payment is requested before the dispatch of the shipment. As a result, FlyBHP might contact the customer to pay upto 10% of the order value before the dispatch of the shipment through a wallet or any other online method convenient to the customer. In the event, the customer wishes not to pay the partial payment, FlyBHP reserves the right to cancel the order.

  3. Order Cancellation By User:

In an event where a user requests to cancel an order, FlyBHP.com reserves the right to verify the reason(s) for cancellation, and based on the reason(s), accept or reject the cancellation request(s). In a case when an order is not processed by FlyBHP.com, it will be cancelled and the complete amount will be refunded. In case FlyBHP.com receives a cancellation request after the order has been processed and/or shipped to the customer, FlyBHP.com reserves the right not to accept the cancellation request and issue refunds in certain cases. Additionally, partial payments towards COD orders are non-refundable in cases where customer refuses to accept the shipment or cancel without a reasonable justification. For COD orders, however partial payments are refundable fully in cases where the shipment is not dispatched or in cases where the issues are caused by FlyBHP.
