  1. Are there any hidden charges?

  2. While you shop at www.FlyBHP.com, there are no hidden charges that will be incurred by you. You pay for the total amount of the goods and the shipping (wherever applicable). For cart/order value less than Rs 499/-, a shipping charge of Rs 60/- gets added to the order value additional to the product MRP; for any order/cart value more than Rs 499/- there are no shipping charges incurred. Additionally, in case of a COD Order, an additional charge of Rs 50/- gets added to the cart value as COD charges - for Prepaid Orders, there are no COD charges incurred.

  3. Can I cancel an order?

  4. You can at any point of time, request for a cancellation. For details on cancellation policy, please visit the “Returns & Cancellation Policy” section.

  5. I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

  6. In the event of receiving a damaged good, you can request for a return. To know more about how to return a product, kindly visit the “Returns & Cancellation Policy” section.

  7. Are the Brands Genuine?

  8. All brands/products listed on www.FlyBHP.com come with a '100% Original Guarantee'. It is FlyBHP's very first principle to maintain, offer and fulfill only original products through its store. To ensure that FlyBHP deals with only original items, FlyBHP partners and sources from the Brand directly or its Authorized Suppliers. Additionally, FlyBHP does not allows any third party seller to sell through its platform to again ensure the originality of products.

  9. I have procured an item with specification that doesn’t match my requirement, what should I do?

  13. Why I am being asked for a Partial Payment for my COD Order?

  14. Please note that certain products do not qualify for a full Cash On Delivery, and hence a Partial Payment is requested before the dispatch of the COD Ordered Shipment. As a result, FlyBHP might contact the customer to pay upto 10% of the order value before the dispatch of the shipment through a wallet or any other online method convenient to the customer. In the event, the customer wishes not to pay the partial payment, FlyBHP reserves the right to cancel the order. For Prepaid Orders on same product types, the shipment goes normally without any additional payment request.

  15. I have placed a COD Order, can I change it to a Prepaid Order?

  16. Please contact the FlyBHP Support by writing to [email protected] for changing the order from COD to Prepaid. Please note that an order status from COD to Prepaid can only be changed before the dispatch of the shipment.
